Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye opens door to Manchester United move
NEWCASTLE UNITED midfielder Yohan Cabaye has admitted he would entertain a move to Manchester United.
Cabaye was an influential figure for the Magpies last season, and racked up 39 appearances.
The Frenchman along with team-mate Hatem Ben Arfa was linked with a move to Monaco, however it seems that Manchester United are set to rival Monaco for his services.
David Moyes is looking for a successor to Paul Scholes, and Cabaye appears to be open to the idea of a switch.
"Yes, of course. I've liked this club for a long time, I like what they do," he told Canal+.
"The boss has left but they have appointed a very good successor and he did some good things with Everton.
"They are always well played among the big clubs. Yes, for sure, it would be an interesting challenge.
The 27-year-old weighed in with six Premier League goals last term.
