Chelsea may recall Kevin De Bruyne according to agent
CHELSEA could make Kevin De Bruyne a core part of their first-team plans according to his agent.
De Bruyne was loaned out to Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen last summer after failing to establish himself at Stamford Bridge when he signed from Genk for £6.7m.
The Express Online reported last week Bayern Leverkusen have registered an interest in the player, such is De Bruyne's growing influence in Germany.
This in turn could trigger a bidding war with Bremen keen to extend his stay and Borussia Dortmund voicing an interest too.
De Bruyne's agent, Patrick De Koster, has been in talks with the Blues about trying to promote him into the first team.
He told the Evening Standard: "The conversation was very positive. They are pleased with his progress and think he is ready to become part of the first team.
"The only problem is there is still no clarity about who is head coach next season."
De Bruyne has shown an eye for goal so far this season, netting six times in the Bundesliga.
