Swansea in bid to lure Michael Laudrup with new kit
SWANSEA hope to attract Michael Laudrup by wearing a ‘Real Madrid’ kit next season. The managerless Swans have unveiled a new gold-trimmed home strip to mark the club’s centenary.
And the plain white adidas kit bears more than a passing resemblance to that of the Spanish champions, where Laudrup, the favourite to succeed Brendan Rodgers, starred during the Nineties.
Swansea vice-chairman Leigh Dineen said: “I’m sure all Swans fans will like the new look. It is obviously a massive year for the club as we are celebrating our centenary.”
