Chelsea winger Angelo Gabriel is set to seal a £19million move to the Saudi Pro League. The teenager, who only joined the club from Santos a year ago, has been the subject of a bid from Cristiano Ronaldo's side, Al-Nassr.

For English clubs, the summer transfer window closed last Friday, August 30.

However, the Saudi window will remain open until tonight (Monday), meaning the two clubs still have time to get a deal done.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, both parties have agreed on a fee. Chelsea however, are said to be pushing for a sell-on clause to be inserted, which would ensure they receive a percentage of the fee if Al-Nassr later accept any future bid the 19-year-old.

Angelo arrived in London last summer in a deal worth £13million fee. However, he was immediately loaned out to French club Strasbourg and is yet to play a single competitive game for the Blues.

He made 24 club appearances in France, but failed to score a single goal. It appeared as if he was part of new manager Enzo Maresca's plans though after being selected for their summer tour of America.

But he has not featured in any of the club's five matchday squads so far. And the arrival of Jadon Sancho seems to have left the youngster surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.

He'd been linked with a move to Besiktas before Al-Nassr made their move, As well as Ronaldo, the club already boasts Sadio Mane, Otavio and Aymeric Laporte in their squad.

And after finishing second in the Saudi Pro League last season, the club appear to have targeted South American talent in the transfer market. Wesley, 19, has already joined from Corinthians for £15m and goalkeeper Bento has come from Athletico Paranaense for the same fee.

It's been another chaotic window at Chelsea, with 11 new players being bought by Todd Boehly and co. But 10 players have also left the club, while a further 13 have been sent out on loan.

After the international break, Maresca's side go to Bournemouth on September 14. It's been an underwhelming start for the Italian so far, with the club taking just four points from their three Premier League games, and were could only scrape past Swiss side Servette in their Europa Conference League play-off.
