Erik ten Hag not happy with decisions in the game with Arsenal
Jadon Sancho’sManchester United future has been thrown into doubt after a public spat with boss Erik ten Hag following the Red Devils’ 3-1 defeat away to Arsenal on Sunday. The 23-year-old was left out of the Dutchman's squad to travel to north London due to his performance in training, the head coach explained. However, Sancho publicly rejected those claims and felt that he was being portrayed as a “scapegoat”. Ten Hag has shown his ruthless side previously, ousting Cristiano Ronaldo, though Sancho has been left with just a few options should he decide to leave Old Trafford - which Express Sport has taken a look at.
If Sancho is prepared to wait until January to find a new club, he could attract plenty of interest within the Premier League and it is likely that United would let him leave as long as a fair loan fee is paid and the player’s relationship with Ten Hag has not been repaired.
Crystal Palace could offer him the opportunity to play on the left, where he has looked best at United but competes with Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho, after letting Wilfried Zaha leave. The move would also allow Sancho to return to south London, where he grew up, which may appeal to the winger.
The only other scenario where Sancho could remain in top European competition and leave immediately would be for him and the club to decide to mutually terminate his contract, as free agents can continue to be signed and registered beyond transfer deadlines.

Few would argue against the idea that Sancho may benefit from an arm around the shoulder in a positive environment, after his public dressing down by Ten Hag and continued inability to impress in a United shirt. That could come via a return to the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund, who were linked with a reunion in the summer.
Early in the window, Sky Sports Germany claimed that Sancho remains highly regarded at Signal Iduna Park and that they would consider a loan move. Sancho wanted to stay and fight for his place at United at the time, but he could be more tempted to leave now after a strained relationship with Ten Hag.
