Manchester United continue to be linked with a host of summer signings and departures with just over a month of the season remaining. Erik ten Hag is keen for a busy final period ahead of the new season.
United have made three signings so far this summer. Mason Mount and Andre Onana are the two most high-profile deals, while experienced defender Jonny Evans has returned on a short-term deal.
The Red Devils are far from finished there but are also working on a limited budget. Rasmus Hojlund could be the next player through the door, with a move for the Atalanta man edging closer.
United are also receiving interest in their own players as they look to raise funds for further incomings. Meanwhile, the takeover saga continues to rumble on with a resolution appearing to be no closer.

Manchester United are hoping to get £40m for Harry Maguire but will not make it difficult for their former captain to leave if a club comes in.
West Ham's £20m bid for the 30-year-old was rejected by the Red Devils, who want to recoup some of the £80m they spent on the England international in 2019.
Maguire may search for a fresh challenge after falling down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
And according to Sky Sports News, United chiefs are willing to offer a 'discount' if they receive an offer close to their asking price.
Facundo Pellistri's agent has suggested he could defy Erik ten Hag's wishes and push for a move to Boca Juniors.
The 21-year-old is set to be loaned out again by the Premier League club with Ten Hag keen for the Uruguayan to play in Europe, but his representative Edgardo Lasalvia says Pellistri is tempted by playing for Boca.
“That [Juan] Roman [Riquelme] speaks well of Facu Pellistri is very important so that negotiations are easier. It would be a proud moment," he told Mundo Boca Radio.
“Manchester [United] want to lend the player to a European club. But if Boca formally offer, I will ensure the negotiations that are within my reach result in the move eventually happening.”
Manchester United have agreed a deal with Atalanta to sign Rasmus Hojlund in a package worth £72m.
The Denmark international has already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils and looks set to snub PSG in order to head to Old Trafford.
The documentation for the move will be finalised in the next 24 hours to complete the 20-year-old's switch, becoming Erik ten Hag's third summer signing.
United miss out as Chelsea agree terms for £40m star
Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag looks set to miss out on a reunion with one of his former players Mohammed Kudus as the Ajax star edges closer to joining Chelsea.
The Ghanaian attacker, 22, has been tipped to join the west London club in a deal worth £40m this summer.
There were rumours that Ten Hag could hijack the move at the last moment given he brought Kudus through with the Dutch club.
But the 11-goal attacker has reportedly 'agreed terms', according to SportItalia's Rudy Galetti, just days after it emerged the two parties had entered talks.
Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri has been lined up for a move back to South America with Argentinian outfit Boca Juniors.
The Uruguayan signed for £11m in 2020 but the 21-year-old is yet to establish himself in the United squad under Erik ten Hag.
Pellistri is with the Red Devils on their USA pre-season tour, but he could soon depart to join Boca, who are keen to explore a loan deal for the youngster, according to radio station Mundo Boca.
Christian Eriksen says he was pleased with his first season at Manchester United as the midfielder gears up to fight for his place under Erik ten Hag.
Mason Mount has already signed in a £60m deal and Sofyan Amrabat could follow, giving Ten Hag plenty of depth in the central areas.
But Eriksen, 31, is looking forward to what next season brings after an enjoyable campaign at Old Trafford.
“I’m very happy, very glad [with my decision] looking back on everything that happened," Eriksen said.
"Of course, I was unfortunate with an injury in the middle of it but we can forget there was a World Cup in the middle of the season, which broke it up. I’m pleased with my first season.”
"You always feel like you need a break. This season was no different, it was just nice to have a few weeks off and to be somewhere else. It’s nice to be back and to be with the guys."
Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri does not want to sign Manchester United's Fred.
The Brazilian had been linked with a move to the Serie A club as the Red Devils seek a buyer.
However, ex-Chelsea boss Sarri turned down the opportunity.
Lazio president Claudio Lotito told Il Messaggero: "I was prepared to open talks with Man United and bid for Fred, but Maurizio Sarri told me no — he doesn’t want Fred.
"He did the same with [Giovanni] Lo Celso… Sarri wants [Piotr] Zielinski and [Samuele] Ricci."
United signed the Brazilian winger for £85m in the summer of 2022.
However, the Telegraph claims the Red Devils initially valued him at just £55m.
Antony is yet to prove why he cost such a large fee, scoring just eight goals and contributing just three assists in his debut campaign in English football.
The forward remains suspended from training and matches while United continue their internal investigation.
Senior figures at the club are set to make a final decision in the coming weeks on whether to bring Greenwood back into contention.
But, according to The Sun, United's shirt manufacturers Adidas have communicated that the 21-year-old's return 'would not be an insurmountable obstacle'.
Adidas have however denied the reports to Express Sport.
A statement from the Sportswear giant reads: "After inaccurate and speculative reporting within the media it’s important for us to reiterate that adidas plays no role in any decisions made regarding any member of the team or staff at the club. Decisions are exclusively between the club and their employees."
