Erik ten Hag's first training session as Man Utd boss
As we enter July and approach the month-mark of the summer transfer window, the dealings across the Premier League and Europe are showing no signs of slowing down. Tottenham Hotspur are on a recruitment rampage and Manchester United have woken from their slumber as clubs gradually return for pre-season training.
Tottenham have already signed Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic and Yves Bissouma ahead of Antonio Conte's first full season as head coach. But Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici are hoping to provide him with THREE more additions before Spurs return for pre-season on Monday.
Meanwhile, United are closing in on quickfire deals for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong and Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia. And Erik ten Hag hopes to hijack Arsenal's interest in versatile Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez, with further developments expected.
Raphinha is also central to another of Europe's most enticing transfer sagas. After he looked certain for a Chelsea switch after the Blues trumped Arsenal's initial offer, Barcelona, his dream club, have returned to the table.
Updates on all of that and much more to come!

Chelsea are reportedly monitoring Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong in case his move to Manchester United breaks down. The Red Devils have been locked into negotiations with Barca and the Dutchman's camp for weeks, but things could fall at the final hurdle if he decides that Champions League football is a must ahead of the new campaign.
Leicester star Youri Tielemans' stance on joining Arsenal
Leicester star Youri Tielemans will reportedly quit the King Power Stadium this summer and put pen-to-paper on a deal with Arsenal if the Gunners reach an agreement with the Foxes to sign him. Tielemans has been the subject of transfer interest this summer, with Manchester United also said to be keen to land him.
Chelsea in 'final stages' of Man City Sterling talks
Chelsea are keen to sign Raheem Sterling this summer and have reportedly reached the final stages of their discussions with Manchester City over a transfer. The England forward is said to be open to a move to west London after seven years at the Etihad Stadium.
Newcastle have confirmed the signing of defender Sven Botman from Lille.
Botman said: “I’m really happy - delighted - and I can’t wait to start this new adventure. This is the best day of my life, to sign a contract with Newcastle United. It’s a day I’ve worked hard for and I’m very excited.
“Newcastle had a long-term plan to get to the top, for both me and for the club, and they play in the Premier League which is the best league in Europe. The whole package is just perfect. I’m looking forward now to meeting the fans and also my new team-mates.”
Head coach Eddie Howe said: “I’m delighted Sven is joining us. He is technically very good, physically very good and has a great attitude.
“At 22, he already has solid experience at the top level but he is at a great age to grow with this team. I am looking forward to getting to work with him and seeing him with his new team-mates.”
Manchester United have reportedly agreed personal terms with Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia as he prepares to put pen-to-paper on a deal at Old Trafford. The 22-year-old could become the Red Devils’ first signing of the summer transfer window as new boss Erik ten Hag looks to build a team that can compete for honours in the Premier League and the Europa League.
Ousmane Dembele could snub Chelsea and stay at Barcelona despite his contract at the Nou Camp expiring on Thursday night. The 25-year-old is officially a free agent and could be at the centre of one of the summer's biggest coups if Todd Boehly can lure him to Stamford Bridge.
But Dembele reportedly hasn't lost hope of a late Barcelona approach with an improved contract offer to what he previously rejected.
Arsenal have reportedly held talks to sign Newcastle target Alejandro Grimaldo but face competition from Chelsea, Juventus and Barcelona for the Benfica star. The left-back is a key player at his club - but recent disciplinary issues mean the Portuguese side are now keen to sell the Spaniard.
Juventus want Timo Werner as part of Matthijs de Ligt Chelsea swap
Juventus have decided they want to sign Timo Werner as part of any deal with Chelsea for Matthijs de Ligt, according to reports. The Italian giants are seemingly keen on the Germany forward and believe they have what it takes to revive his career after two underwhelming seasons in west London.
Liverpool have announced that Mohamed Salah has signed a new contract extension, keeping him at the club until 2025.
"I feel great and [I am] excited to win trophies with the club," said the 30-year-old. "It’s a happy day for everyone.
"It takes a little bit of time, I think, to renew, but now everything is done so we just need to focus on what’s next.
"I think you can see in the last five or six years the team was always going [upwards]. Last season we were close to winning four, but unfortunately in the last week of the season we lost two trophies.
"I think we are in a good position to fight for everything. We have new signings as well. We just need to keep working hard, have a good vision, be positive and go for everything again. My message [to the fans] is the players in the team want to give our best next season to try to win all the trophies. As usual, you stay behind us and give us a big push and I am sure we are going to win trophies again [together]."
Chelsea could be plotting a surprise swoop for Burnley forward Maxwel Cornet to join Thomas Tuchel's new-look attack next season.
According to talkSPORT, Chelsea are monitoring Cornet's situation, with the Ivorian ready to leave Turf Moor after Burnley's relegation to the Championship.
He is available for just £17.5m and is also capable of playing as a left-wing-back, which could attract Tuchel.
Manchester United are confident in completing the transfer of Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia in the coming days, despite recently hitting a complication.
The £13m deal hit a hurdle after Malacia swapped representatives midway through talks, opting to work alongside his father.
But BBC Sport report the issue has since been resolved and the 22-year-old is expected to become Erik ten Hag's first signing as manager.
Richarlison has taken to social media to say goodbye to Everton fans after completing his £60m transfer to Tottenham Hotspur.
On Friday, hours after his north London switch was confirmed, he wrote: "It's very difficult to say goodbye to a place that has become my home; fans who welcomed as if I were one of them; and a club that treated me kindly and helped me develop my sense of community and empathy.
"Neighter all the love I have is enough to thank you. Love you!"

Manchester United are among clubs offered the chance to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Neymar this summer.
The PSG hierarchy is reportedly split on whether they should try to offload Neymar, but his representatives are already looking for suitors who would be able to afford his £600k-a-week salary.
United are joined by AC Milan, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus and Manchester City in the group to which intermediaries reached out.
However, a switch to Old Trafford must be deemed unlikely for several reasons.
Watford are set to receive a small £2m windfall from Richarlison's big-money move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
On Friday, Tottenham announced Richarlison had completed his £60m move from Everton.
And Express Sport understands Watford included a sell-on clause when offloading the Brazilian to Everton in 2018 - worth 10 per cent on any profit over £40m.
Tottenham have uncharacteristically been one of Europe's most active clubs in the summer transfer window so far.
And with Antonio Conte's squad returning for pre-season training on Monday, Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici aren't done backing him.
Tottenham reportedly plan to complete three signings before Conte starts pre-season training on Monday.
Everton forward Richarlison has completed a medical ahead of his £60m switch, with deals for defenders Djed Spence and Clement Lenglet also edging closer.
