Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed the club are still very much interested in signing Fabio Carvalho from Fulham after missing out on deadline day, but they may be powerless to preventing him moving elsewhere in the coming months. After signing Luis Diaz from Porto in the final week of the transfer window, the Reds moved their attention on to Carvalho.
But the 19-year-old can still agree a deal with a foreign club and he's not short of interest.
According to Calciomercato, AC Milan have registered their interest in signing Carvalho on a pre-contract agreement.
Frederic Massara and Paolo Maldini are said to have 'been active with his representatives in recent weeks'.
Liverpool are powerless in stopping Carvalho from talking to other clubs in the mean time.
The highly-rated Portuguese forward showcased his talents in the FA Cup on Saturday against Manchester City.
