Newcastle have made three signings this window after being injected with a huge transfer kitty after their takeover in October, and don't plan to stop there on deadline day with a plethora of players being linked. Express Sport takes a look at six more transfers that could take place on Deadline Day.
Lingard has been ostracised from Manchester United's squad for the majority of the season, despite reassurances that he would gain invaluable first-team game time after his return from West Ham.
Yet after just 14 appearances all season - totalling just 273 minutes of first-team football - Lingard has signalled his intentions to leave.
Tottenham and West Ham have been credited with an interest for the Warrington-born star, although a deal has yet to be brokered to take him to the capital.
And that could provide Newcastle the chance to swoop in.

Newcastle have been in the market for a centre-back throughout the window, and a deal was beginning to look far-fetched.
Moves for Diego Carlos and Sven Botman felt far fetched, and despite personal terms being agreed for Carlos, Sevilla rejected advances for him.
It has forced Newcastle to engineer a move for Brighton defender Burn, with Sky Sportsclaiming a £13million bid has been accepted.
The deal will take Burn back to the club he was a player at until the age of 11.
