Haaland is regarded as one of the best strikers in the world, despite the fact he is still only 21 years old.
The Norway international has already scored 17 goals in just 13 appearances for his club this campaign.
That return means he has averaged more than a goal a game for the German giants, having found the back of the net an incredible 74 times in 72 games for his current side.
Haaland moved to Dortmund from RB Salzburg for just £17.1million at the start of 2020 after the Bundesliga team met his buyout clause.
A whole host of European powerhouses now look set to battle for the player’s signature at the end of the season.

Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola claimed on Friday that his client could move to one of Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Real Madrid or the Citizens if he does opt to leave Signal Iduna Park.
And Neville believes City would be keen to land the goalscoring machine.
“We know how desperately City wanted Harry Kane last summer,” Neville told Jamie Carragher on Sky Sports ahead of Brentford's Premier League clash with Watford.
“That didn’t happen. I’m not sure they now would go back to Harry Kane next year just because of basically what happened. I think Haaland is going to be the big story.

“[Kylian] Mbappe, is he going to leave as well maybe from Paris Saint-Germain? That could be the one, the sort of big switch. He goes somewhere, Haaland goes somewhere.
“So it’s going to be a big summer this year in terms of transfers and I suspect City will be, not desperate for him because City don’t do desperate business.
“They’ll be very keen to bring him and it would be another special player in the Premier League.”
City have been forced to play without a recognised striker this season after failing to replace Sergio Aguero after the Argentina forward moved to Barcelona.

Gabriel Jesus, Phil Foden and Kevin de Bruyne have all led the City line this term, while Jack Grealish has occupied a false nine position in recent games.
The Etihad Stadium side had hoped to sign Kane during the summer transfer window but that deal was blocked by Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.
City know they need a leading frontman - but Pep Guardiola has refused to be drawn on the Haaland rumours.
“Next question,” the City manager hissed after being asked about Raiola’s comments during his press conference to preview his side’s clash against Wolves.
“Don’t ask me about that - I’m not going to answer.”
