Manchester United legend Steve Bruce has been suggested as a potential interim manager following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. United fired Solskjaer on Sunday morning following the 4-1 loss to Watford on Saturday. The Norwegian had overseen a run of just one win in the club's last seven Premier League matches.

Neville told Sky Sports News: "In the past he's always had that result to pull him out of the mire.
"This time the results have got worse and worse and worse. The team has been all over the place.
"The first thing is the performances. The team has looked all over the place.
"I didn’t see the game yesterday but I saw the highlights, saw some of the goals, the defending is absolutely woeful.
"Watford aren’t the best team in the league by a long stretch but they got mauled, Manchester United, yesterday. Ole couldn’t get a performance out of them in the end."
