Cristiano Ronaldo scores double on second debut in pictures
Cristiano Ronaldo has been left shocked at the drop in standards at Manchester United since his return, according to reports. Ronaldo rejoined United from Juventus late in the summer transfer window. The Portugal superstar has scored nine goals in 12 appearances in a struggling Red Devils side.
Ronaldo has been particularly influential in the Champions League, scoring late goals in three matches to keep United's hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages alive.
The Red Devils are struggling in the Premier League though and have suffered comprehensive defeats to rivals Liverpool and Manchester City in recent weeks.
But it has been off the pitch where Ronaldo has been surprised the most.
The forward first left United in 2009 to join Real Madrid.

Sir Alex Ferguson remained United boss for a further four years before retiring.
But United have not challenged for the Premier League since with their four permanent managers.
And, according to talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook, Ronaldo has noticed a huge difference on the training ground.
"I heard some really alarming things about Manchester United last night," Crook said.

"About Ronaldo, and he is shocked from what I'm told that the way that standards have dropped at the club in terms of what happens on the training ground from when he was there under Sir Alex Ferguson, to returning under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
"There's a lack of attitude in training, maybe one or two players think it's okay to turn up late as well.
"I think once Ronaldo starts voicing that opinion to the powers that be, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on a very sticky wicket."
United boss Solskjaer is under pressure for his position following the club's poor start to the season.
