Arsene Wenger brings Sol Campbell back to Arsenal
ARSENAL manager Arsene Wenger will bring Sol Campbell back to Arsenal in a bid to solve his sides defensive problems.
The 35-year-old, who left Arsenal for Portsmouth in the summer of 2006, will feature for the reserves at West Ham tonight.
And with Arsene Wenger ready to off-load flop Philippe Senderos and Kieran Gibbs still on the side-lines, Sol Campbell will re-signing with the Gunners.
A statement read: “Tonight’s reserve team to face West Ham United at Upton Park features Sol Campbell, who plays on a Reserve League registration, with a view to a permanent move back to Arsenal Football Club.”
Campbell has been training with Gunners’ since leaving Notts County.
