Former England and Liverpool striker Roger Hunt dies aged 83
Allan Saint-Maximin is reportedly attracting interest from both Chelsea and Liverpool with both clubs looking to make their move next year. Newcastle have struggled in their opening six Premier League games of the season, picking up just three points with no wins as of yet.
But there is said to be growing optimism from Saint-Maximin's camp that he could seal a move to Chelsea, Liverpool or Everton next summer.
Liverpool have faced some criticism recently after being relatively quiet in the transfer window.
Signing a goal threat was seen as a priority heading into the summer market with both Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri struggling for form last season.
The Switzerland international ended up being sold to Lazio while Origi stayed at Anfield despite ample interest.
