It is no secret that the Italian club, now managed by Jose Mourinho, are interested in signing Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham. Reports earlier this week claimed Roma had agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Abraham.

Coincidentally, Tottenham are also rumoured to be keen on all three of those players.
The Transfer Window podcast says Abraham has emerged as a target for Spurs, with Harry Kane's move to Manchester City labelled 'inevitable'.
That comes after The Times claimed at the weekend that Spurs had agreed a fee with Inter for Martinez before the impending sale of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea.
Inter do not want to let Martinez go but a huge offer could be tempting to a club whose owners are struggling financially.
TuttoMercatoWeb has also stated that Spurs were set to hold a meeting on Wednesday with the agent of Vlahovic over the potential of a move to north London.
That came after Gianluca Di Marzio said Arsenal are interested in the Serbia international, who scored 17 Serie A goals last term.
There appears to be somewhat of a striker merry-go-round in Europe.
Arsenal are clearly keen to recruit in that area but have to see what happens with Lacazette first.
If Roma do turn their attention to the Frenchman then Arsenal would step up their interest in the three players and provide competition to their north London rivals in the process.
