Arsenal: Arteta lauds 'intelligent' Odegaard
Real Madrid will only let Martin Odegaard go on a permanent deal this summer, according to reports. Arsenal maintained an interest in Odegaard after his loan spell at the club last season. Mikel Arteta made it clear in May he wanted to bring the Norwegian back to the club if possible.

Navarrette says Real would want between £33.8million (€40m) and £42.2m (€50m) for Odegaard.
However, the player is yet to make a final decision over his future.
Navarrette added: "It would take Arsenal around €40m or €50million to secure Odegaard's signing. The player hasn't made a final decision about his future but is seriously considering a move away from Madrid.
"He is not optimistic about his playing time and wants to start.

"Real Madrid would like to see Odegaard fighting for his minutes but the player believes he's now behind [Toni] Kroos, [Luka] Modric, [Federico] Valverde and Isco in the rotation.
"He came off the bench against Milan even though he has completed the whole pre-season and Kroos nor Valverde were available."
Arsenal boss Arteta has made it clear he wants to strengthen in attacking midfield this summer.
Leicester star James Maddison is also a top target but would cost more than Odegaard.

Arsenal have spent around £75m on new signings so far this summer.
Ben White has been the biggest deal, joining from Brighton for £50m.
Arteta also wants to sign a goalkeeper before the close of the window.
