Talk of Mauricio Pochettino potentially returning to Tottenham is continuing to gather momentum. The Paris Saint-Germain boss is being eyed by Daniel Levy, despite only being in charge for six months at the Parc des Princes. And comments previously made by the Argentine suggest a Hollywood comeback isn’t entirely out of the question.

Pochettino only took the PSG job in January but, after missing out on the Ligue 1 and Champions League trophies, has failed to live up to expectations so far.
That’s led to rumours of a move away from the Parc des Princes, despite Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s determination to keep hold of the 49-year-old.
And comments made by Pochettino since his Tottenham sacking make for interesting reading.
He was nearly baited into criticising Levy and the club in an interview last year but, rather than take aim at the Spurs supremo, confessed his love for Spurs instead and wished successor Jose Mourinho all the best.
“With the money he has now, I’m not going to say I was disappointed, of course, I wasn’t happy when you leave the club where you have a massive relationship with everyone,” he said.
"I understand football very well. I’m not complaining about the decision of the club, of Daniel, the only thing I can do is support, because we still have a very good relationship.
“I love Tottenham, and I know Jose, so I want the best for him. We missed winning a title, that is what we missed to put the cherry on top of the cake.”
Pochettino also admitted he enjoyed working at Tottenham from ‘day one’.
“Tottenham was an amazing job, more than five years that we really enjoyed from day one,” he said.
“All the people and the staff there that were helping from day one, to us, to help us be successful. Then, the players, they were amazing too.

“That was amazing, to have this facility, to feel free to create something special in Tottenham, that was amazing.
“Then, of course, in all change, it’s always painful, but when you arrive at a new club, you need to make some changes.”
Pochettino did label his Tottenham sacking a ‘shame’, but understood why Levy brought the axe crashing down.
“It was a shame. We were so upset when some people say bad things about the Spurs mentality. We were really upset. But then we understood what it means for Tottenham,” he added.
“When we arrived, there was a 22-year period behind Arsenal, that was so painful for our fans and for the whole club.

“The club was so brave, Daniel [Levy] was so brave to start to build a new stadium, which today I think is the best in England, maybe in Europe.”
Whether Tottenham are able to get Pochettino remains to be seen.
But he’s not the only person on their managerial radar.
Ajax boss Erik Ten Hag also remains under consideration, despite recently signing a new contract with the club.
And Belgium manager Roberto Martinez is also being eyed, with his time with the Red Devils due to end after the upcoming European Championships.
