Arsenal: Arteta happy to keep going in European fight
Brazilian stars David Luiz and Willian are reported to have come to a decision on their futures at Arsenal ahead of the summer transfer window. Luiz sees his contract expire at the end of the season, while Willian has endured a disappointing debut season for the Gunners.

Football.London report that Luiz is happy at Arsenal and is not “intent” on departing the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season.
That being said though, the news website also states that the defender is still assessing all of his options.
Luiz is understood to have received interest from teams in the MLS, Portugal and even the United Arab Emirates.
Arsenal already have a wealth of centre-backs in Arteta’s squad, with Luiz having fallen behind Rob Holding, Gabriel Magahales and Pablo Mari in the pecking order.

Arteta has refused to be drawn on Luiz’s future though, insisting that all decisions will be made at the close of the campaign.
“We already spoke about it. At the end of the season, the decision will be made,” the Spaniard said when asked about Luiz in his pre-Chelsea press conference.
Willian’s move to Arsenal meanwhile has turned out to be a disappointment, after the winger joined the Gunners from Chelsea on a free transfer.
He was handed a bumper pay packet when he arrived at the Emirates, with his contract running until 2023.
