Tottenham: Press gather outside Mourinho's home after sacking
Jose Mourinho will be back in management "very soon" but it will not be in England, according to his new colleague Alan Brazil. Mourinho was sacked by Tottenham six days before the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City earlier this month. The Portuguese has wasted no time in getting a new job, joining radio station talkSPORT for their coverage of this summer's European Championships.
Mourinho lasted 17 months at Tottenham but was not given the chance by chairman Daniel Levy to end the club's 13-year wait for a trophy.
Spurs were the third English club the 58-year-old has managed, following two spells at London rivals Chelsea and two-and-a-half years in charge at Manchester United.
Former United and Scotland striker Brazil met with Mourinho on Thursday and the pair discussed the future of the two-time Champions League winner.
And Brazil said it won't be long before Mourinho is back in a dugout somewhere, but it will not be in England.

"By the way he will be back soon, right," Brazil said on Friday morning.
"But my guess is, and I'm not giving anything away, I spoke to him in confidence about a few things, it won't be in this country, that's all I'm saying.
"But he will get back very soon."
Mourinho worked as a television pundit for Sky Sports before he was appointed Tottenham boss in 2019.

Speaking after news of Mourinho's sacking broke, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher claimed he could not see him managing another Premier League side.
“I don’t see Mourinho back in the Premier League, I think that ship’s sailed now," Carragher said on Sky Sports.
"I struggle to think of any club – he’s been at Spurs, so he’s not going to Arsenal, he’s been at United so he’s not going to City, Liverpool wouldn’t have him.
"Would he go to a middle of the table club? I just don’t see him there, I really don’t. It’s either international football or maybe Italy."
