Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted he "learned a lot" from former manager Sir Alex Ferguson but he has revealed the pair have not spoken "for a while". Solskjaer believes he has grown as a manager since taking the top job at Old Trafford and he has not turned to Ferguson for advice recently.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of United's game against West Bromwich Albion, Solskjaer was asked about comparisons to the legendary Ferguson.
He said: "I've probably been influenced by the gaffer by the 15 years I worked with him of course, but we're different personalities.
"I manage the way I think is the right way - I don't ask anyone how I should manage.
