Liverpool: Klopp admits clubs want 'crazy money' for defender
Jurgen Klopp claims Liverpool are currently discussing their need to sign a centre-back daily, with the club working hard to bring in the right face ahead of Monday's transfer deadline. Today's trip to West Ham in the Premier League is rightly the focus for now but the Reds are still optimistic they can get a deal over the line.

Issa Diop - West Ham
Diop was earmarked as a potential option yesterday, when reports emerged that an enquiry had been made, according to sources close to the player.
The Frenchman has started just three Premier League games for West Ham this season and is currently out of favour.
West Ham would only sanction a loan if it included a £20million obligation to buy.
Liverpool are unlikely to pay that kind on money but Diop has Premier League experience and could prove a shrewd addition.

Romain Saiss - Wolves
Liverpool fans couldn't help but get excited on Twitter when Saiss was left out of Wolves' defeat to Crystal Palace.
Some supporters are convinced he could follow in the footsteps former team-mate Diogo Jota and head to Anfield.
At the beginning of the season, Jota was mysteriously left out of the Wolves team and signed for Liverpool out of nowhere a few days later.
Reports claim Saiss is carrying a knock, which explains his absence, but with just five months left on his current contract, a bid could give Wolves a decision to make.
He recently changed agent as he looks to get his future resolved as soon as possible. He could be the perfect fit for Liverpool.
