Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty were both completed early on with Joe Hart coming in to provide back-up to Hugo Lloris.
Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon also joined in a double deal with Real Madrid, the former of which rejoining the club on a season-long loan.
And a deal to sign Carlos Vinicius on loan from Benfica was complete at the weekend to give Mourinho the back-up striker he's been demanding since taking over from Mauricio Pochettino.
There are expected to be a few departures from Spurs before the deadline to follow Ryan Sessegnon's loan move to Hoffenheim.

Skriniar was left out of Inter's first game of the season against Fiorentina back on September 26th.
But Antonio Conte has brought the defender back into the starting line-up in their previous two league games.

The Germany international has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea and hasn't been involved in any of the last five matchday squads.
But Spurs face competition from Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan for his signature.
