"So that's why they don't want to pay €30million as Porto are asking.
"Now Porto are changing, they are going around €20million with some add-ons are included.
"Manchester United want to offer a lower fee for Alex Telles so it's not so easy to find the economical agreement on a player with just one year left on his contract who wants to join.
"He agreed personal terms, Manchester United are convinced that they can sign for free.

"I've been talking to agents and I expected Manchester United to find an agreement for Alex Telles right now or next days.
"They also have other options and remember this is not the only left-back United are considering."
The arrival of Telles could spell bad news for the future of Shaw, who recently urged the board to bring in some new faces following the 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace.
“We have a very good group, but personally I think we need more players to strengthen the squad,” Shaw told TV2.
“It can give us a boost. When you look around at how other teams are strengthening their teams, then we must also do it to keep up with the others."
