Liverpool star's agent appears to confirm £20m decision which could affect Thiago transfer
Liverpool have a number of decisions to make on squad players in the summer transfer window.
Thiago Alcantara: Liverpool and Man Utd links debated by pundit
Liverpool do not want to sell Marko Grujic in the summer transfer window, according to the midfielder's agent. Jurgen Klopp has accepted he won't have big funds available to him this summer to bring in new recruits.
Kostas Tsimikas remains the only signing so far to come in as cover for Andy Robertson.
But there is still a need to sign a central defender to replace Dejan Lovren while their previous interest in Timo Werner hinted at the desire to sign another forward.
The biggest transfer rumour around Anfield in recent weeks though has been their reported interest in Thiago Alcantara.
Bayern Munich have already made it clear they want to sell and Anfield is reportedly Thiago's favoured destination.

The Bundesliga champions though want £27million and Liverpool aren't willing to pay close to that figure.
In order for Liverpool to spend more money this summer, it's likely they will have to sell a number of fringe players to raise funds.
Grujic is one of those players who have reportedly been made available for a permanent transfer away from Liverpool.
It has been claimed the Reds would want up to £20m for the 24-year-old.

But Grujic's agent, Fali Ramadani, has claimed he is part of Klopp's plans for the upcoming season - at least until January.
“Liverpool want to keep Marko," Ramadani told Kicker.
“That could change in January at the earliest."
Klopp has an array of options available to him in the midfield positions already.
Georginio Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson and Fabinho were the preferred trio last season while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita, James Milner and young Curtis Jones are considered ahead of Grujic.
Liverpool's interest in Thiago though has been intrinsically linked with the future of Wijnaldum.
Barcelona remain interested in signing the 29-year-old from Liverpool, who similarly has just one year remaining on his contract.
Wijnaldum played the full 90 minutes though in Liverpool's Premier League opening win over Leeds on Saturday.
