Thiago Alcantara ‘stood out’ in Champions League says pundit
Both Liverpool and Manchester United have bid for Bayern Munich star Thiago Alcantara, according to claims coming out of the Spanish national team camp. The midfielder issued a clear message when asked about his future ahead of the Nations League clash with Ukraine.

Liverpool have been closely linked with the Spaniard but a deal is yet to materialise.
Sky Sports commentator Ian Crocker shared what he's heard from the Spain camp on the future of Thiago and Sergio Reguilon.
"I was saying earlier having spoken to the Spanish camp last night, aware of the offers for Thiago from Liverpool and Manchester United," Crocker said.
"Reguilon at left-back the subject of a bid from Manchester United as well.

"You can see they would be buying players of real quality."
Reguilon was forced off the field with a nasty ankle injury, which could have an impact on his future in the next few weeks.
Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign him from Real Madrid.
The left-back has enjoyed a fine season on loan at Sevilla, where he won the Europa League.

As for Thiago, it appears United are ready to rival Liverpool for his signature.
The player wanted to move to Old Trafford in 2013 but was rejected by David Moyes.
Now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be keen on a move for the former Barcelona man.
Bayern Munich are willing to sell him if they receive an offer of £25million.
With Barcelona set to accelerate their pursuit of Gini Wijnaldum, Liverpool could indeed be willing to table their first offer for Thiago.
