Chelsea not at their 'best' in FA Cup final says Frank Lampard
Chelsea lost Frank Lampard's first ever FA Cup final as a manager thanks to two goals from Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the FA Cup final. The Gunners won 2-1 but went behind early through Christian Pulisic's neat finish. Aubameyang notched a penalty and chipped a winner before Mateo Kovacic was sent off for Chelsea.
Chelsea player ratings:
Willy Caballero 6
Didn't have too much to do but flapped at a couple crosses and dived the wrong way for Aubameyang's penalty.
Reece James 6
Looked confident on the ball and ran at his defender but failed to create anything of note throughout.

Antonio Rudiger 3 (Callum Hudson-Odoi 78)
Part of a sloppy backline for Chelsea and was ran past with ease by Hector Bellerin for Aubameyang's second goal. Poor.
Cesar Azpilicueta 4 (Andreas Christensen 31) 4
Came off after 30 minutes because of a hamstring injury bit have away a penalty before that with a cheap foul.

Kurt Zouma 5
Played okay but was shaky at times, looked clumsy on the ball in possession for Chelsea and let Aubameyang skip past him with ease for his second goal.
Marcos Alonso 6
Decent going forward but a few defensive troubles while tracking back. Could've been stronger.
Mateo Kovacic 5
Good player in the second half for Chelsea but was a bit pedestrain in the second half and was nowhere to be seen for Bellerin's run which lead to Aubameyang's second goal. Sent off harshly, however.
Jorginho 6
A little bit of a passenger at times for Chelsea, who were overrun in midfield for long periods.
Mason Mount 7 (Ross Barkley 78)
Could've opened the scoring for Chelsea and played a big part in Pulisic's goal. Worked hard as always.
Christian Pulisic 8 (Pedro 49)
The American got on the scoresheet yet again for Chelsea and looked menacing whenever the ball was at his feet. Went off with a hamstring injury in the second half.
Olivier Giroud 7 (Tammy Abraham 78)
Did what he does best by flicking the ball onto Pulisic to score. Was a handful at times but ineffective in other periods.
Subs:
Andreas Christensen 5
Put in a rash sliding tackle on Bellerin before Aubameyang went on to score his second.
Pedro 5
Looked energetic when he came on but failed to get things going after Pulisic went off for the Blues.
