Philippe Coutinho: Barcelona 'willing to take loss' says pundit
Chelsea are reportedly not ruling out a loan deal for Philippe Coutinho, despite dropping out of the race to sign Jadon Sancho. The Blues could be the Premier League's big spenders this summer, as they prepare to make up for lost time in the transfer market.

Just £9million will be enough to take him on loan for the season as his Barcelona contract runs down.
The La Liga giants are keen to include an option to buy as they did with Bayern Munich but the Bavarians did not take them up on the clause.
Coutinho's agent recently confirmed that his client wants to return to England.
“If the opportunity arises to come back to the Premier League, whether it be this year or in the future, he’s definitely looking at that," Kia Joorabchian said.

Chelsea's attacking priority remains Havertz though and they're set to try and close the deal in the coming weeks.
Havertz has already told Bayer Leverkusen that he wants to leave after they failed to qualify for the Champions League.
Lampard has spoken with the player to sell him his project.
The prospect of joining up with international colleagues Werner and Antonio Rudiger is also an attractive proposition for Havertz.
