"But when you hear voices in the team of Dortmund trying to convince him that he should stay, it's really difficult.
"He wants the Premier League and he wants it now, but it's up to United.
"If they don't pay the price then it's no problem for us."
When pushed, Falk then added that even if United fail to finish in the top four, it will not stop them going all-out for the winger.

"It makes it easier but he's their prime target on the market and they have to buy Sancho otherwise their fans get crazy," he added.
"If they don't do it there are not so many names on the market that electrolyse the fans like Sancho.
"There's a lot of pressure that United are discussing how they can make the financial thing, it's a lot of money but United can make it, it's a question of how but they will do."
Borussia Dortmund want over £100million for Sancho and are not prepared to settle for any less than that.
