Liverpool: Pundits discuss Mohamed Salah transfer rumour
Harvey Elliott sensationally snubbed the chance to meet Sergio Ramos during transfer talks with Real Madrid. The incredible story has emerged nearly one year into Elliott's Liverpool career.
The youngest player to ever play in the Premier League sealed a switch to Anfield from Fulham last summer, fulfilling his childhood dream.
When it became clear he would leave the Cottagers, a host of clubs began to circle.
Those include Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Arsenal and Real Madrid.

According to The Athletic, he was shown around their training campus and was offered the chance to meet with Ramos.
But to Real Madrid's surprise, Elliott politely declined the opportunity.
“No, it’s OK, thanks,” Elliott replied.
“I don’t like him after what he did to Mo Salah.”
Elliott had been in Kiev to watch Salah leave the field in tears in the first half of Liverpool's Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.

Ramos famously hooked the arm of Salah underneath him before tumbling to the ground, with the Liverpool man suffering damage to his shoulder.
As a left-footed right forward, there aren't many better players to look up to in world football than Salah.
Elliott now gets to train alongside the former Chelsea and Roma man, who has won two consecutive Premier League golden boots since returning to England.
During a recent interview, Elliott was asked to describe his team-mate Salah: "King, I would say!"
"Just because of his style of play and who he is on and off the pitch.
"Myself, looking at him in my position, I idolise him a lot."
To Elliott's gratitude, Salah is offering his minor some extra advice behind the scenes at Melwood.
"To be going up against him in training, I learn a lot of things from him," Elliott added.
"Even in the gym as well, he is telling me to do a higher weight, push myself even more.
"To have him in the club and around us young players, he is a really big influence."
