Adama Traore's performances this season have seen him touted for a summer move away from Wolves with Liverpool reportedly considering a bid, but they will have to pay close to a club-record fee to steal him from Molineux. Traore came through the ranks at Barcelona and there was plenty of promise about his potential as he broke into the first-team set-up.
It is claimed Wolves will be asking for no less than £70million should any club consider making a bid for Traore.
If Liverpool stumped up that kind of cash to sign Traore, that would make him the club's second most expensive signing behind Virgil van Dijk.
But the issue for Jurgen Klopp would be on how he would fit Traore into his starting line-up on a regular basis given Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino hold the three attacking positions.
Attacking recruits seem top of Liverpool's priorities in the transfer window though to give Klopp more options.
