Ilkay Gundogan is happy for Manchester City to hand Liverpool the Premier League title.
The Reds are currently 25 points clear of their rivals and need just two wins to secure the title.
But that wait could rumble on following the continual spread of the coronavirus.
“It would be okay for me [if Liverpool are named champions], you have to be sporting,” the German international told ZDF.

Liverpool stance on Wijnaldum contract
Liverpool will be considering Gini Wijnaldum's age when offering him a contract extension according to Danny Mills.
The Dutchman is eagerly awaiting the chance to sign a new contract, with his set to expire in the summer of 2021.
“A lot of clubs do not want to give more than one-year deals when a player gets to that sort of age," Mills told Football Insider.
“He will be thinking he deserves at least a couple of years after winning the Champions League and the Premier League.
"There will be some negotiations to be had about how long it is more than anything else. That could well be the key.
“It is a bit of cat and mouse. A game of poker but everybody has a price.
"Hopefully, they can meet in the middle somewhere.”

RB Leipzig chief issues Werner update
RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krosche has explained how the coronavirus could impact Werner's move to Liverpool.
With domestic leagues on hold, there is huge doubt about the implications a prolonged season could have on the transfer market.
“It is clear that Timo has attracted interest from other clubs for his great performances with his goals and assists,” he told Sport1.
“England has the same problems as we do. The crisis affects not just one league, it has a global impact, and we cannot say whether things will be the same in six months.
“Everything is possible. We do not know how the transfer market is developing. We are looking into a very foggy glass ball.
"We do not know what our resources are and what the other clubs have in terms of opportunities.”
Michael Edwards transfer lists star
Xherdan Shaqiri has been placed on the transfer list by Michael Edwards, according to Football Insider.
The Swiss international has been fighting a calf injury this season, which has limited his football.
The report claims Michael Edwards is looking for around £28million for the former Stoke man.

Coutinho replacement deal backed
Emile Heskey has urged his former club Liverpool to go out and sign Fabian Ruiz.
The Napoli midfielder has been tipped to finally replace Philippe Coutinho, who left for Barcelona in January 2018.
"Fabian Ruiz looks like a phenomenal player and Liverpool’s midfield is an area that needs strengthening a little bit with it ageing," Heskey told GentingBet.
"A player like that would be good for Liverpool.
"Someone who can drive from the midfield, someone who can create stuff – he is a player that I’m sure Liverpool would love to have."

Klopp conversation with Ancelotti
Carlo Ancelotti has revealed how he spoke to Jurgen Klopp ahead of Liverpool's Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid.
The German claimed this week that the coronavirus had disrupted preparation but Ancelotti agrees that it should never have been played.
"The other day I heard [from] Klopp," he told Corriere dello Sport.
"He told me that making the game play in those conditions was a criminal act, I think he was right."
Klopp said on Friday: "On Monday morning, I woke up and heard about the situation in Madrid, that they would close the schools and universities from Wednesday, so it was really strange to prepare for that game, to be honest," he told Liverpool's website.
"I usually don’t struggle with things around me, I can build barriers right and left when I prepare for a game, but in that moment it was really difficult."
