Jadon Sancho: Pundit discusses possible Dortmund exit
Manchester United look to be in pole position to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, and Manchester City could be in line for a handsome fee if he joins. The Red Devils are believed to be confident of signing Sancho in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Sancho is reportedly desperate to leave Dortmund at the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has been in Germany for nearly three years now, and in that time has emerged as one of the best prospects in Europe.
Dortmund want £100million for their star man, who they paid just £8m for back in 2017.
Chelsea have reportedly withdrawn from the race to sign the English youngster, because they don’t want to pay the hefty fee demanded by the Bundesliga side.

According to the Sun, City have a sell-on clause of 15-per-cent, meaning they’ll receive a fee if he’s sold because they nurtured him through their academy.
The English wonderkid spent two years at the Etihad coming through their academy before growing tired of a lack of playing time.
He subsequently forced a move in 2017 having refused a new contract proposal over guaranteed playing time.
Now, he could be set for his second big move, with United preparing to splash the cash to bring him back to Manchester.

And Liverpool icon Jamie Carragher believes the star is a brilliant investment, because he will be worth even more in the future.
“I think he'll have his pick of top clubs in the Premier League, and though the fee may look eye-watering, I think it'll be one of them that over time will look cheap,” he said.
“You're going to get a good player for 10 years there if you keep him at your club.
"If you think about the development of Raheem Sterling at Manchester City, it feels like something similar could happen.”
