Tottenham: Harry Kane injury is a ‘big loss’ says Jose Mourinho
Gedson Fernandes is due in London today where he will complete a loan switch to Tottenham from Benfica. The midfielder has been a prominent figure in the rumour mill since the turn of the year, but now he is set to seal a move to the Premier League.

Benfica had grown disappointed with how things have played out this season for Fernandes and are therefore happy to offload him, knowing they will still land a huge fee.
The 21-year-old is an energetic midfield player who can play in the middle or on the right.
It’s likely that his arrival could path the way for Christian Eriksen to join Inter Milan.
The Italians have offered the Dane a four-year contract and are keen to bring him to the San Siro this month.
That will require a £17million fee, something that is being explored by Inter who are also eyeing Arturo Vidal.

Tottenham fans made their feelings towards Eriksen known after he was subbed during another lacklustre performance against Liverpool.
Mourinho has hinted that players will need to leave Tottenham before they can arrive this month.
But it now looks like he’s gone back on his word to sign Benfica starlet Fernandes.
“If the boss arrives with a solution that can help us to face these difficult months that we are going to have ahead of us then [it is] welcome,” Mourinho said.
“But if we don’t find the right solution then we are going to wait for the summer.”
