The French winger appeared set to leave Barca in the past summer transfer window, as the Cules wanted to move him to PSG as part of a deal to sign Neymar.
After Dembele refused to leave, he was left in a difficult situation, having effectively been told he was no longer wanted.
Now, the same report states Barca are keen to sell him elsewhere, and use the money to make another run at signing Neymar.
That could benefit the Premier League trio, who are all believed to be interested.

“His characteristics have always excited me. But he hasn't been able to live up to expectations.”
