12.15pm: We'll have the unseeded teams pulled out first followed by seeded opponent - who, remember, cannot be from the same Europa League group or national association. Let's go.
12.10pm: The ball attendants are gradually making their way onto the stage with Josephine Henning and two-time competition winner Freddie Kanoute part of the clan.
12.05pm: A snazzy montage shows us all of the teams left in the competition - there's a hell of a lot. Thirty-two, in fact. Giorgio Marchetti, Claudio Ranieri's doppelganger, is now on the stage to explain the process.

A few rules to keep in mind
These draws come around just so infrequently that it’s understandable you may forget a few of UEFA’s jurisdictions.
Fear not, it happens to the best of us. But here are a few to bear in mind…
- The seeded teams play at home in the second legs
- No team can play a club from their Europa League group or from their national association (so Man Utd can’t play Wolves, but could play Rangers)
- The path to the final is not yet decided - that comes in the quarter-final stage
The teams
The draw consists of 12 group winners and 12 runners-up, plus the eight teams dropping from the Champions League after finishing third in their groups.
The four best-performing third-placed teams from the Champions League are seeded, joining the 12 group winners on that side of the draw.
