Unai Emery insists the blame for Arsenal’s alarming dip in form rests solely on his shoulders.
The north Londoners have only won one of their last seven matches in all competitions and are currently eight points behind fourth-placed Manchester City.
Speaking after the defeat the King Power Stadium, the Spaniard said: “I am speaking with the club to stay strong and recover.
“We also have young players who are growing up with us.
“I know we are receiving criticism but I have done before and I have recovered.
“I accept all the criticism. It is normal. Today we did one step ahead being better defensively.”

The former Paris Saint-Germain manager admits his troops are devoid of confidence, which he is hopeful will return as soon as possible.
When pressed about the club’s results over the last month, he added: “We need to recover our confidence.
“We need to be patient with some circumstances and we are going to do that.”
Arsenal will be back in action on November 23, welcoming relegation battlers Southampton to the Emirates.
