Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire appeared to sustain knocks during the win with McTominay forced off with his injury.
Maguire played on after his knock and should be fit to face Brighton.
Victor Lindelof missed the Partizan game due to an issue with his back but Solskjaer is hopeful he will be fit.
“Hopefully Scott [will be fit]. Hopefully Victor as well, but I don’t know because he hasn’t trained this week. It’s his back.

“There are options. I’m not going to give the team out now.
“Ashley [Young] is suspended and I felt we needed a strong team tonight [Thursday] and an experienced team. We just wanted the win.”
Should Lindelof be fit, Solskjaer could move Marcos Rojo over to left-back with the Swede slotting in in the centre of defence.
If not, youngster Brandon Williams could be given the nod at left-back with Ashley Young suspended.
