The Belgian has started his Inter career well with three goals already but blanked last time out in the 1-0 win over Lazio on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Sanchez has not scored a domestic league goal since his strike for United against Newcastle last October but has impressed Conte on the training ground.
The Italian boss is expected to make a host of changes from the starting XI that beat Lazio in midweek, with goalscorer Danilo D’Ambrosio moving back into the three-man defence as Diego Godin is rested.
Samir Handanovic, Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar are likely to retain their places but Antonio Candreva could come in at right wing-back.

On the other flank, Kwadwo Asamoah offers an alternative to Cristiano Biraghi while Roberto Gagliardini may come into central midfield at the expense of Nico Barella.
Matteo Politano and Matias Vecino could also drop to the bench with Stefano Sensi returning as Inter look to continue their perfect start to the campaign.
Reports from Italy suggest young defender Alessandro Bastoni is in contention to feature but former Inter ace Jeison Murillo is suspended for Sampdoria.
The home side are also without Gonzalo Maroni and Alex Ferrari while Manolo Gabbiadini is doubtful.
