Arsenal star Aubameyang issues Liverpool warning in Mane, Salah and Firmino claim
Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang believes himself, Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette can match Liverpool trio Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
That trio have been deadly over the last couple of seasons and led Liverpool to second in the Premier League last term.
And Aubameyang sees no reason as to why Arsenal can’t replicate the potent force that Liverpool have.
"As we've seen from last season, Liverpool play with three up front and they play very well. Why not us? I think we can do it," he told Sky Sports News.
"It will be a tough game against them. They are great players. They always try to go forward and try to get goals and assists each other. They are one of the best trios in the world.
"I see a lot of similarities. Pepe and me, we are quick players like Mane and Salah, while Laca is a player who can keep the ball and is really good with his feet like Firmino. So yes, we can say we are close enough."

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has admitted Pepe may get his first start against Liverpool.
“The most important thing is to help him and his family to feel comfortable here,” the boss said.
“Now he is three weeks into working here with us. He didn't do the pre-season here but he’s progressively feeling better.

“For example, in the first match, he played 15 minutes in Newcastle, then he played 45 minutes against Burnley. I think his individual performances are progressively getting better.
“For Saturday, he is maybe ready to have more minutes. I am going to decide tomorrow, but really his progress has been positive and has been good for the team and for him.
“The most important piece of the adaptation is to help him to feel easy and be comfortable with us.”
