Man Utd got ‘lucky’ against Chelsea says Simon Jordan
Chelsea were brushed aside in the second half by Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Three goals in the space of 14 minutes killed off the Blues’ hopes of a positive start under Frank Lampard.
United led 1-0 at half time but it could have been different had Tammy Abraham and Emerson Palmieri seen their shots hit the net rather than the woodwork for Chelsea.
Jordan says Chelsea will be wondering how they managed to lose the Premier League curtain-raiser so heavily.
“[Chelsea have] somehow or another contrived to be the architects of their own downfall and then capitulated.
