Each of the 12 participating teams plays three matches.
Three points are awarded for a win and there are no points for a defeat. Matches ending in a draw after 90 minutes go to a penalty shootout.
Two points are handed out for a penalty shootout win and one point for a shootout loss.
The best-ranked team at the end of the competition is crowned the winner.

The ICC is run by Relevent Sports, who invite the world's top clubs to participate.
The winning team will receive a trophy but there is no prize money as such.
Instead, each team is paid an appearance fee plus additional incentives.
According to Forbes, the most popular clubs will collect in excess of $20million (£16m).
