Spurs are currently hashing out the terms of Kieran Trippier’s departure, with the England international set to leave for Atletico Madrid.
Trippier is expected to undergo a medical in the Spanish capital within the next 48 hours, having attracted interested from Napoli and Juventus too.
Ceballos made 23 appearances in La Liga last year, scoring three goals but will find it hard to break into their team next season.
