Real Madrid signed the Belgium international from the Blues for an initial fee of £88million, though that sum will rise to £130million due to add-ons.
Eden Hazard has signed a five-year contract at the Bernabeu which will see reportedly see him pocket a whopping £400,000 a week.
Hazard spent seven years at Stamford Bridge, during which he won the Premier League and Europa League twice as well as picking up FA and League Cup medals.
His departure from west London was an emotional one, with the winger claiming it was ‘the biggest and toughest decision’ of his career.
Hazard’s social media platforms have been changed to reflect the fact he’s now a Real player.
But his phone case has yet to be upgraded.
On Thursday afternoon, pictures from Real Madrid’s arrival in Montreal for their pre-season training camp showed Hazard still uses a phone cover with a picture of his children in Chelsea kits.
Eagle-eyed Chelsea fans were quick to notice the case and couldn’t contain their delight.

One Blues supporter even jokingly suggested the 28-year-old could return to Stamford Bridge, tweeting: “Calling it now Eden Hazard is on loan to Real Madrid from Chelsea.
“He'll be treated poor by Madrid fans after a couple seasons then back he comes to his rightful home.”
