Romelu Lukaku closer to securing Man Utd exit with Inter chiefs to visit UK this week
MANCHESTER UNITED striker Romelu Lukaku could be closer to securing his move away from Old Trafford because Inter Milan chiefs are coming to England this week to reopen talks.

The 26-year-old wants to leave Manchester United after falling down the pecking order under boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with the Norwegian preferring Marcus Rashford.
Inter Milan’s new boss Antonio Conte is a big fan of Belgium international and sees the forward as the ideal player to replace the outgoing Mauro Icardi.
Lukaku has failed to hit the same heights at United that saw him secure a move from Everton for £75m in 2017, having scored 25 Premier League goals in his final season at Goodison Park.
He found the back of the net 16 times in the league in his debut season at Old Trafford, which was followed up by only 12 league goals in the Red Devils' last campaign.

United are believed to want at least the same amount they paid for Lukaku two years ago but Inter have so far struggled to offer such a large amount up front.
There were reports the Serie A club were to make an offer of a two-year loan deal worth around £9m after which they would be obligated to by Lukaku for £54m, however, United have been clear in their demands for a transfer that includes all the money straight away rather than in the form of a delayed payment.
Conte also looked at the possibility of a player swap for Lukaku, however, United have rejected the possibility of Icardi or midfielder Radja Nainggolan being included in any deal.
Lukaku returned back from holiday a week early to make a good impression at United and has joined the club’s pre-season tour despite making it clear he wants to leave the club.

However, the Nerazzurri have not given up on trying to secure a transfer this summer and according to Italian publication Calciomercato, Inter executives Giuseppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio have scheduled a trip to England to reopen talks with United.
The report claims discussions could happen at the latest by the end of the week.
And while the wait goes on for Lukaku, it appears Inter have listened to the advice of the Belgian’s agent, Federico Pastorello, who had told Inter they need to act fast if they want to sign the player.
"We will see the decisions they will take,” Pastorello said.
