Pochettino says Champions League win would ‘close chapter’
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has openly hinted about leaving the North London club if he wins the Champions League and rumours have linked the Argentine to the vacant role in Turin.
Juventus parted ways with Massimiliano Allegri last week as they seek success in the Champions League.
Allegri, who won the Serie A title five years in a row, has been learning English for some time and admitted in the past that he had ambitions to manage in the Premier League.
Whether the two clubs would see managers swapping roles is not clear, but the Spurs coach’s cousin, Daniele Pochettino, revealed “all of the family” would like to see him join Juve.

“In my opinion [Pochettino replacing Allegri] could be feasible, because Mauricio is a coach who has shown he knows how to work well and reaching the final with Tottenham is a clear example,” he said to TuttoJuve.
"If he plays it like he does all games, for me it's the right year to win. I met him a few months ago, I met a very nice and helpful person.
"The Bianconeri's goal is, of course, the Champions League and my cousin has all the useful qualities to be able to coach this club.
"Mauricio showed he had the right experience to be able to coach in Europe. With Tottenham he was able to forge a group of individuals that was not so well known.

Pochettino has been praised for his development of Tottenham’s squad since joining from Southampton in 2014.
But it hasn’t been an easy task for the 47-year-old as he has had to go the last two transfer windows without signing a player.
Spurs had limited financial clout in the transfer market while they finalised the move to their new stadium and future promises from the club could become a factor in Pochettino’s decision.
However, if Pochettino did leave to join Juventus he is unlikely to have the same financial constraints he is under now, with the club previously showing they are willing to open their cheque book to achieve their goal of winning the Champions League for the first time since 1996.
