Tottenham manager Pochettino managed to secure a top four Premier League finish shortly after reaching the Champions League final to cap off another impressive season in north London.
Pochettino has been vague about where his future lies and has suggested that he could leave Spurs even if they win the Champions League.
Ex-Tottenham striker Gary Lineker has given his thoughts on the Argentine’s future, and claimed that the 47-year-old will leave unless he is handed a hefty transfer kitty this summer.
“I interviewed [Pochettino] a couple of weeks ago for the Premier League Show; it was the first time I’d actually met him.” Lineker told The Times.

Tottenham haven’t signed a first-team player since the January of 2018, when and Lucas Moura joined the club.
Lineker reckons that the upcoming transfer window could become a pivotal moment in Tottenham’s history.
He continued: “They’ve got to decide what they are.
“Yes, they’ve got a great new stadium, which perhaps halted expenditure to a degree, but whether they’re going to move forward and be a club that can compete in other Champions League finals, rather than just a one-off against all the odds, remains to be seen.”

Pochettino himself admitted that he needs to be active in the market this summer, and revealed that his future is ‘open’.
"I am open to everything," Pochettino said this week.
"What I am not open to is starting a new chapter with no plan, with no clear idea, with not being transparent and being able to tell our fans what is our objective, to stop talking about perception, talk about reality - because if not, it is going to be difficult.
"We know very well that we need to operate in a different way and that doesn't mean to spend more or less money. It's to be transparent and say: 'This is what we want for the next year, or the next five or 10 years.”
