He could make his Crawley Town debut against Bury on Saturday having been the third United loan exit of the window.
Crawley, also known as the Red Devils, are nine points above the relegation zone of League Two.
But the Sussex side are hopeful that Willock, 22, can make a significant impact with the club.
Crawley’s Director of Football, Selim Gaygusuz said: "We are really excited to have such a young and versatile player like Matty joining us for the rest of the season.
“Having come from Manchester United, we know that he has been trained by some world class coaches in multi-million pound facilities, so I'm sure he is well prepared to make an impact for us.
“We really wish him all the best here and hope it is a real success both for him and the club."
Manchester United are expected to also lose Marouane Fellaini today with the transfer window closing at 11pm.
The Belgian will reportedly join Chinese side Shandong Luneng Taishan having barely featured under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Fellaini, Transfermarkt claim, has moved to China and signed a three-year contract worth a staggering £9.56m AFTER tax.
