And Balague has confirmed Morata has an agreement in place with Atletico Madrid but no move will happen until Chelsea sign Gonzalo Higuain.
That deal depends on Milan signing a replacement and even then Atletico Madrid need to sell to free up funds for Morata.
The transfer expert told the Guillem Balague Transfer Show: “This is a very complex one. It’s a domino effect this one. Obviously Morata’s agents wanted him out and he wants out as well.
“He spoke to Sevilla, he agreed personal terms with Sevilla. And then Atletico Madrid thought ‘actually’.

“Simeone rang Morata and said ‘we want you’ and of course Morata changed his mind and thought ‘okay well let’s go to Atletico Madrid’.
“Personal terms have been agreed, his family, his partner are all in Madrid waiting for him but that is pending on a few things.
“One, that Chelsea got Higuain, of course then Milan wanted a replacement and Piatek of Genoa will be the one.
“But also it depends on Atletico Madrid selling either Gelson or Kalinic.”
