AC Milan have accidentally fuelled claims Gonzalo Higuain is set to join Chelsea.
Milan play Juventus in the Supercoppa Italiana tonight.
Higuain is in Saudi Arabia for the clash but missed a team photoshoot with Saudi prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal.
And fans on Twitter reacted to Milan posting a photo of the team without Higuain.
“Has Higuain already departed for London?” one fan wrote.
Another joked: “Was Higuain at the toilet?”
And a third said: “Higuain, otw (on the way) to London.”
Chelsea Transfer News - Blues willing to sell Eden Hazard
Chelsea are reportedly willing to part company with Eden Hazard this month over fears they could lose him for nothing next summer.
The Belgium international has long been a target for Real Madrid, who are understood to still hold an interest in signing the 28-year-old.
And according to AS, the Blues have named their asking price for the forward, who has yet to pen a new deal.
The Spanish publication claim Chelsea are ready to accept a £99million bid for their prized asset, who last summer revealed that he wanted to leave Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea Transfer News - Bayern Munich confirm Hudson-Odoi talks
Bayern Munich’s sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has revealed the club are in talks to sign Chelsea midfielder Callum Hudson-Odoi.
"We want to sign the player," the former Bayern midfielder told Sport Bild when asked about the club’s pursuit of Hudson-Odoi.
"I am fully convinced of his abilities. We are in talks with Chelsea."
Chelsea Transfer News - Alvaro Morata tells Chelsea he wants to leave
Alvaro Morata has reportedly told Chelsea chiefs he wants to leave the club this month.
That’s according to Spanish outlet Libertad Digital, who on Tuesday reported that Morata has already ‘communicated’ his desire to leave Chelsea and has said ‘yes’ to a move to Atletico Madrid.
They claim in order for the deal to go through the Blues must first sign Gonzalo Higuain and Atletico offload either Nikola Kalinic or Gelson Martins to ‘give space’ for Morata.

Chelsea Transfer News - AC Milan give Gonzalo Higuain update
AC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso has insisted Blues target Higuain hasn’t asked to leave the club.
“Higuain is always smiling and joking with his teammates,” the former Milan midfielder said.
“Probably something changed after the penalty miss and the red card against Juve. I want to stress the fact that Gonzalo has never come to me to tell me he wants to leave."
Chelsea Transfer News - Chelsea suffer Nicolo Barella
Cagliari have ruled out selling the coveted Nicolo Barella, who is understood to be on Chelsea's wishlist.
“We continue to talk about him, we do interviews and issue statements, but evidently we’re not being clear enough,” Cagliari’s director Mario Passetti told Rai Sport.
“We reiterate that he’ll stay for at least the next six months.
“After that, we’ll see what happens in the summer. We have big ambitions and Nicolo gives 1000 per cent in every training session and he’s happy to be at Cagliari. Selling him isn’t one of our objectives.”

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has refused to address reports that he wants to sign Morata this month.
“The only thing I’m thinking about is the upcoming match against Levante,” Simeone told reporters.
“I don’t speak about players that aren’t with us, only those that are.
“I can’t confirm or deny anything because coaches wait to see what the club can do.
“Some players want more minutes, some could be sold by the club, some could arrive. We need to wait until January 31."
