The German initially promoted Pulisic to the BVB first team squad when he was still in charge of the Bundesliga outfit.
And in his first season managing the Reds, he had a bid of £11m for the USA gem rejected.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Klopp is happy with his attacking options and does not feel the need to add another winger to his squad.
Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Xherdan Shaqiri have all made significant contributions to the Reds’ record-breaking start to the season.

The same report also states that since the £12.5m capture of Shaqiri from Stoke, Liverpool have not considered a move for Pulisic.
And that is why there were no qualms with Chelsea snapping him up.
That Shaqiri fee is now looking a steal while a hefty sum for Pulisic did not make sense for the Reds, particularly given that he only had one year remaining on his Dortmund deal.
Klopp was happy to let Chelsea swoop in and seal the signing which he may eventually live to regret.

Pulisic scored twice for BVB when they beat Liverpool 3-1 during pre-season.
Klopp had said then: “If Christian [Pulisic] would at one point join us, I don’t know,” Klopp said.
“But I like him and it’s not like that could be the problem. We respect contracts still and there is no market that I know about in the moment.
“I known him since he was a kid and he’s still not really old. He’s a fantastic player and it’s deserved that people think highly of him in America and in Germany it’s the same.
“If he wants to play in England one day or whatever and he, for sure, has the chance to do so.”
